The Bowen Technique is a gentle therapy that is applied to areas of the body, using thumbs and fingers in a specific process or order.

Biopuncture
Biopuncture is a therapy using mostly plant-based ultra-low dilution product formulas which are injected into specific body regions to relieve pain and inflammation. One of the benefits of directly injecting the area of pain appears to be a “turbo effect,” or a much faster healing response.
EFT
EFT (or Tapping Therapy as it’s sometimes known) involves tapping on acupuncture points on the face and upper body while concentrating on the feelings and thoughts, or physical pains that you are experiencing.
Matrix Reimprinting
Matrix Reimprinting is a healing modality that has been built upon the foundations of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) but takes it a further by allowing new memories and new belief systems to be formed in the subconscious mind.
